Standard plan
$75 / month

Optional Split Protection™
$125 / month total
90% agent / 10% brokerage
Available to eligible Apprentice and Associate locators who enroll and remain current. This monthly amount replaces the $75 standard plan fee.
Applies to eligible funds received during active enrollment. File fees still apply.

The brokerage determines the applicable file category under company policy. A community’s use of the term “referral fee” does not by itself determine your file fee. Compensation depends on the agreement, community payment, classification, and applicable charges.

Do I need an active Texas real estate license?
Yes. Compensated apartment locating requires the appropriate active Texas real estate license. Begin only after your sponsorship, onboarding, and required broker approvals are complete.
Is apartment locating included in the $25 referral-only plan?
No. Referral (OS) permits referrals only. Approved apartment locating is offered through Apartment Locator (OS), starting at $75 per month.
Who pays the fee?
Under the community referral arrangement, the apartment community pays the brokerage when the agreed requirements are met. The brokerage then processes your share. Verify eligibility, registration requirements, payment conditions, and terms for each community.
Does the plan include leads?
No. Company-provided leads are not included. Your plan provides the tools and support listed here to help you develop and manage your own business.
Can I handle a home purchase or sale?
Not while sponsored by Realty, Inc. You may make an approved referral or complete an authorized transfer to Realty Texas before providing sales representation.
Will I need training or supervision?
Your authorized activities depend on broker approval and competency. Required coaching, assistance, and mentorship apply before you independently provide services outside your approved competency.
